Why am I not receiving ALISON e-mails when other learners in my ALISON Manager group are? |

First, check that the e-mail address in your profile is correct. If your e-mail address is not the problem, then you may not be subscribed to the forums that are generating the e-mails. Check with your tutor, teacher or Group manager.
