To help guard against stolen credit cards and identity theft, we only ship parchments to your confirmed address on PayPal (the address must match the address in our PayPal records). In case your account on PayPal has any different information, you need to send us an email that contains further evidence that the PayPal account/credit card details are related to you or any family member, to support@alison.com after placing your order. In case of fraud, we reserve the right to provide all your personal information including your IP address(es) to your local/international Law Enforcement Agency.
