ALISON login trouble. Why can't I log in to ALISON?

If you are having a problem logging in to ALISON there are a few possible reasons for this:

  1. Unconfirmed Account: Your account has not been fully activated as you have yet to confirm the existence and your ownership of the email address you provided when registering with ALISON.

What you need to do: Click the link provided within the confirmation email to confirm your email address and activate your ALISON account.

  1. Undelivered Confirmation Email: You have not received or cannot find the confirmation email to complete Step 1 above.

What you need to do: request new confirmation email from here (http://alison.com/login/request_confirmation.php).

  1. Incorrect Password: ALISON login tells you that your password is incorrect.

What you need to do: Check to see if you are entering your password with the correct case-sensitivity for each character - if your password contains a mix of upper- and lower-case letters you must enter them exactly in that manner. Perhaps the "Caps Lock" key is depressed on your keyboard and all the letters are being typed as upper-case?

  1. Forgotten Password: You know you have forgotten your password and you need a new one.
