Am I eligible for a certificate?

Learners who complete all course modules and obtain scores of over 80% in course assessment are eligible for a personalised ALISON certificate.


How much does it cost?

1)    Users can pay a nominal fee to automatically download certificates.
(2)   ALISON learners may also purchase physical parchments and framed certificates that are sent to their homes, which they can proudly display on their wall.


How do I claim my Certificates?

To obtain your certificate, please follow these instructions:

(1)    First go to your account page by clicking “My Account” in the top right corner.
(2)    You will see 'Certificates' and a number denoting the number of certificates you are eligible to claim.
(3)    Click the number beside certificates to access 'My Certificates'.
(4)    You will then be presented with a screen allowing you to 'Purchase PDF', 'Parchment', 'Framed'.
(5)    Choose whichever option you would like by clicking on the link and follow the instructions to claim your ALISON certificate.
(6)    Congratulations, you are now an ALISON graduate!
